When you post a delivery, there is a good chance there’ll be someone around the corner eager to help out. We would like to use our community drivers more rather than transport and logistics companies. The more community drivers we have the better the costs will be to transport your goods.

Set your budget
Setting a delivery budget is an important step in managing your finances while still enjoying the convenience of delivery services.
Track Your Driver
Once jobs are accepted and picked up you will be able to track your products via the live map so you will know exactly where your product is and how long before it arrives at its destination.
With the live map a driver will be able to search within a certain radius that you pick (10km, 20km 50km etc) what jobs are close to you, what jobs need to be done asap and what jobs are scheduled for later dates. You will also be able to see jobs that have already been assigned.
Drivers will be Rated
At uDeliver, when a delivery is done and completed the driver will be rated by the customer so when a driver has been assigned to a job you can find out about the quality of their service and how reliable they are before you accept the offer.
As a customer you have the right to refuse a badly rated driver. This will also be the same for the driver. A driver can refuse to do a job for a bad customer. We will encourage our customers / drivers to rate their experience.
All drivers / customers will be rated and will have a ranking within our system. This will ensure that both parties will be happy to work with each other.
Pay Securely
Payments for all deliveries will get sorted out when the offer is accepted and held securely until the delivery is completed so both driver and customer can be confident that payment is ready.
We will encourage drivers to sign up to get a STRIPE account and money will be transacted through this company for payment.
