Well this app gives you the flexibility to work when you want to, with whom you want to and which day you want to.
With the uDeliver app, you control the costing and timing of when you want a delivery.
Using the uDeliver app we believe you have the right to transport your goods / products at a more affordable and cost effective way as the large logistics companies have the monopoly on what they want to charge and when they want to deliver it.
Deliveries can be done 7 days a week, 24 hours a day at your own convenience as there will always be someone ready to pick up and deliver.
By using the app, simply let drivers know what you need delivered, when you want it delivered, post the delivery details and then pick the offer that works best for you. Sort out the details while we hold the payment securely for you, then once the delivery is done we will release the money to the driver.
As a customer, just open the app and enter what you want delivered, the type of vehicle required, the date you want it delivered and how much you are approximately offering for this deliver to be done, simple as that.
As a driver, either except the offer submitted by the customer or negotiate a suitable price so both parties are happy to get the job done.
uDeliver is a great way to make your logistics stress free which is also affordable, cost effective and done when you want it to be done..
With uDeliver there are NO hidden costs and everything is upfront. That means you’ll always know what you are paying the driver and the driver knows what he is getting paid before requesting a pick up.
Once jobs are accepted and picked up you will be able to track your products via the live map so you will know exactly where your product is and how long before it arrives at its destination.
With the live map a driver will be able to search within a certain radius that you pick (10km, 20km 50km etc) what jobs are close to you, what jobs need to be done asap and what jobs are scheduled for later dates. You will also be able to see jobs that have already been assigned.
When you post a delivery, there is a good chance there’ll be someone around the corner eager to help out. We would like to use our community drivers more rather than transport and logistics companies. The more community drivers we have the better the costs will be to transport your goods.
At uDeliver, when a delivery is done and completed the driver will be rated by the customer so when a driver has been assigned to a job you can find out about the quality of their service and how reliable they are before you accept the offer.
As a customer you have the right to refuse a badly rated driver. This will also be the same for the driver. A driver can refuse to do a job for a bad customer. We will encourage our customers / drivers to rate their experience.
All drivers / customers will be rated and will have a ranking within our system. This will ensure that both parties will be happy to work with each other.
Payments for all deliveries will get sorted out when the offer is accepted and held securely until the delivery is completed so both driver and customer can be confident that payment is ready.
We will encourage drivers to sign up to get a STRIPE account and money will be transacted through this company for payment.
One of the main roles of uDeliver will be to make sure ALL drivers are insured to cover any damages done to products, vehicles or property. During the sign up stage drivers will be required to forward their insurance details (vehicle insurance, public liability and marine and cargo) before they can commence. If they don’t have these insurance policies they will be able to purchase daily insurance from uDeliver to protect your goods / products and to protect themselves.
